Reports

How do I make a report? Open the job and tap Build Report. The preview uses what you chose last time for that job. Tap Options to change the template, which areas and photos are included, paper size and more, then Share PDF.

How do I put my logo and colors on reports? Settings › Business Profile.

The report is too big to email. Tap Options › More Options and set Photo quality to Smaller file, or leave out photos you don't need.

How do I add pay and review codes? Add your payment link (Square, Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App) and review link (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Nextdoor) in Settings › Business Profile. The codes print on the report's last page.

Photos

Where are my photos saved? Inside ReportShot, not in your camera roll, so your job photos and personal photos stay apart. You can share or save any photo from its screen.

I deleted a photo by mistake. Settings › Recently Deleted keeps deleted photos for 30 days, including the photos of a deleted job.

How do Before and After pairs work? Take Before photos on the first day. Later, switch the camera to After: your Before photo shows faintly over the viewfinder so you can match the angle, and the two are paired in the report.

iCloud and other devices

Turn on Settings › iCloud › Sync with iCloud. It applies the next time you open the app. Your jobs then appear on every iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.

Sharing a job with your team

Open the job, tap the ••• menu, then Share Job. Sync with iCloud must be on. Teammates add photos and check items; only you edit, delete and build reports. Your plan covers them, so teammates don't need their own.

Plans and purchases

• Restore a purchase: Settings › Plan › Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
• Cancel a subscription: Settings app › your name › Subscriptions › ReportShot Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• When a plan ends, you can still open old jobs and share old reports.

Privacy

ReportShot has no account and no server. Read the Privacy Policy.
